Member Outreach Analyst

Through Quality Management professionals, we put industry-leading practices and principles to work in support of our quality objectives. This position supports quality management strategy that meets internal and external constituent expectations and improves member health outcomes.

  • Drives member satisfaction through targeted, strategic outreach
  • Develops member campaigns and manages analysis reports
  • Works with vendor management and procurement to implement member outreach campaigns
  • Establishes and maintains good vendor relations
  • Acts as an Advocate for, and support, the business by serving as a quality champion through measuring and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of work processes that impact customer satisfaction, medical cost management, and operational efficiency.
  • Consult and/or work cross functionally to influence and promote change in order to continually deliver quality service to our internal and external customers.
  • Conduct standard quality reviews /audits to measure compliance with published policies, procedures, customer and regulatory guidelines
  • Identify and distribute errors to business partners
  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operations of assigned functional unit
  • Perform analysis of data to identify and communicate trends during day-to-day work
  • May perform or assist with special projects/reviews
  • May provide technical or subject matter expertise concerning policies, procedures, and function-related applications/systems tools

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ member outreach, health care marketing, and/or other health education experience
  • Customer service or call center experience.
  • Experience working with data.
  • Ability to work independently with a high attention to details.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years’ experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • QNXT experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Analytic experience

Education

  • High school diploma/GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 – $36.06

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
