About the Role:
We are looking for Client Support Coordinators to help make sure our clients are always receiving the highest quality care via multiple contact channels, with a strong emphasis on excellent phone support skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries across email, phone, and proprietary messaging systems
- This includes both inbound and outbound calls – answering questions regarding prescription orders, account management and more
- Offer top-notch written support with excellent spelling and grammar
- Build solid, long-term relationships with our clients
- Complete trainings and up-trainings as-needed
- Maintain highest level of discretion when dealing with customer issues
- Always work to meet and exceed performance targets
- Proactively surface customer feedback trends
- Complete occasional overtime as-needed by the business to maintain SLAs
They will report to the Coordination Team Manager. They will be measured by quality of responses and volume of calls. This will be a full time position (40 hours each week) that pays $19.23 per hour.
Requirements
- You are a strong verbal and written communicator
- You’re a roll with the punches type of person who doesn’t mind change
- You can handle high inbound call and outbound call volumes
- You are a highly organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking extraordinaire
- You are highly proficient with a computer and can quickly learn new systems
- Able to work a full-time schedule 5 days a week during our preset shift times including weekends.
- Weekdays: 9am-6pm EST/6am-3pm PST or 12pm-9pm EST/9am-6pm PST
- Weekends: 10am-7pm EST/7am-4pm PST
