Client Support Coordinator, Weekend

About the Role:

We are looking for Client Support Coordinators to help make sure our clients are always receiving the highest quality care via multiple contact channels, with a strong emphasis on excellent phone support skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, phone, and proprietary messaging systems
  • This includes both inbound and outbound calls – answering questions regarding prescription orders, account management and more
  • Offer top-notch written support with excellent spelling and grammar
  • Build solid, long-term relationships with our clients
  • Complete trainings and up-trainings as-needed
  • Maintain highest level of discretion when dealing with customer issues
  • Always work to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Proactively surface customer feedback trends
  • Complete occasional overtime as-needed by the business to maintain SLAs

They will report to the Coordination Team Manager. They will be measured by quality of responses and volume of calls. This will be a full time position (40 hours each week) that pays $19.23 per hour.

Requirements

  • You are a strong verbal and written communicator
  • You’re a roll with the punches type of person who doesn’t mind change
  • You can handle high inbound call and outbound call volumes
  • You are a highly organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking extraordinaire
  • You are highly proficient with a computer and can quickly learn new systems
  • Able to work a full-time schedule 5 days a week during our preset shift times including weekends.
    • Weekdays: 9am-6pm EST/6am-3pm PST or 12pm-9pm EST/9am-6pm PST
    • Weekends: 10am-7pm EST/7am-4pm PST
