Support Client General Manager and Customer contacts on a day-to-day basis with Travel Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting client’s audit requirement requests and research, client in day-to-day travel needs such as handling customer service issues, supervising and delivering SLAs to the customer, compiling, tracking and completing results, policy exception management, crisis management, pre and post trip reporting. Concur Direct Online Booking Tool support. Work with CGM supporting action plans and attending client calls. Assist CGM in producing savings reports and any other reporting needed for business reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support client’s audit research and manual process
- Concur Direct Online Booking Tool Site Admin experience
- Strong experience in GDS research and faring. Crafting/producing detailed SLA, CSAT reports
- Run critical metric reports to identify trends & their impact to the client.
- Research and consolidates industry trends, sharing and applying knowledge to enhance review impact and positioning.
- Collaborates with Client Management to provide savings reports and any other reports required for Business Reviews.
- Gets results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
- Supports other internal/external document production and internal/external projects as the need arises.
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data consolidation, analysis and client document needs.
- Provides overall Client Program support to the Client General Manager.
- Provides support and engages directly with the Client as needed to resolve raised Customer Service Issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detailed knowledge of the Business Travel Industry.
- Strong comfort level reviewing issues, responding to the traveler to ensure high customer satisfaction, dealing with suppliers to resolve issues, identifying, and closing in service gaps.
- Strong Concur Direct Online Booking Tool Site Admin Experience
- GDS Experience
- Experience working with a Global Account
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & SharePoint skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
- Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and demonstrate strong working relationships.
- Strong Project Management and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and handle challenging demands to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring customer concern.
- Ability to balance compliance with company initiatives.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables / demands.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
LocationUnited States – Virtual Location
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
