The Job:

· Use vendor provided configurator to construct vertical lift module quotations for direct customers and sales representatives.

· Communicate delivery expectations and customer requirements to vendor project managers for specific customer orders.

· Work with purchasing department to request purchase orders for vendors for material and installation.

· Prepare documents to solicit bids from preferred list of vendors (independent contractors) for installation quotations.

· Evaluate and understand standard and complex installation responsibilities for both the installation team and customer on projects.

· Resolve basic issues on jobsites, such as installers/customers not fulfilling the agreed upon responsibilities, improper working conditions and damaged material. Report escalated conflicts to team lead and supervisor.

· Regularly communicate information to the territory sales manager, customer, and installation team, such a material delivery schedule, delivery expectations, and special equipment included on the order.

· Provide basic technical support on product to installers and customers, consulting internal technical support team.

· Update internal systems with status updates and information on manufacturing, shipping, delivery and installation.

· Support manager in preparing project forecast of projects for each month and quarter.

The Person:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Associate degree Preferred.

· Min. 3+ years of experience in an Installation Coordination or Project Support role

· Minimum of 12 months in current role (internal applicant)

· Intermediate Project Management Skills

· SAP system knowledge preferred.

· Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.

· Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Knowledge of reading architectural drawings preferred.
