This position is full – time (40 hours / week), Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST.
We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform research on various computer systems and document customer information regarding status, payment expectations, notes of conversations and other relevant information
- Obtain agreement on potential balance payoff and / or payment terms within stated level of authority and guideline limits
- Prepare and submits reports to internal management on status of outstanding medical bills and proposed / planned payment settlement details

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and navigation, mouse, and keyboard skills
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST from Monday – Friday
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e., office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.), using phones and computers as the primary job tools
- 1+ years of Revenue Cycle experience and / OR Epic experience
Telecommuting Requirements:
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Rhode Island Residents Only: The hourly range for California / Colorado / Connecticut / Nevada / New York / New Jersey / Washington / Rhode Island residents is $16.00 – $31.44 per hour.
